Former Research Software Project Manager
Florence was a Senior Research Software Project Manager in the Lab, where she worked from 2019 until 2022.
Her role involved the management of KDL’s project portfolio and ensuring continuous improvement of the Lab’s project delivery processes.
She has a background in Art History and worked in various museums, libraries and archives in the Netherlands and the UK. After completing the MA Digital Humanities at King’s College London in 2017 she started working at King’s IT. Here she gained valuable experience in IT project delivery, after which she joined the Lab to apply her cross-sector experience.
She holds professional qualifications for ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and APM (Association for Project Management).
In addition to more extensive engagement with the projects listed below, Florence’s work as a project manager was integral to all of KDL's active projects. She was involved with all projects developed during her time as a project manager at KDL.
