Description
Rectangular block of coarse grey limestone (with a diagonal pale vein running across the left corner). The block is roughly finished on each side, the rear is uneven, projecting out significantly in the central part. The lower right corner is lost, and there is some wear/loss to the upper left corner. The face has been carved to create a tabula ansata with relief moulded frame and small triangular 'ears', and a recessed epigraphic field in the centre (18 cm H x 40.2cm W).
