  • 1: Bivona (1994) asserts an unclear 'm' at the end of the visible line 1, but 'a' is equally possible.
  • 6: Bivona (1994) reads 'ga' at the beginning of the visible line 6, but the 'g' is heavily obscured; potentially an 's' instead.

Once rectangular block of dark-grey limestone. Most sides significantly abraded, although traces of original edges on left and base. Traces of lower cornice, with the possibility of upper cornice as well. Rear is similarly abraded and uneven.

As stressed by Bivona (1994, 140-141) the top line(s) likely mentioned the recipient of the dedication. Although Bivona (1994) makes extensive restorations, they fit the dimensions of the stone and make sense of the immensely fragmentary text.
