- A thick tablet of a compact brown limestone. Seemingly intact on all sides, but slightly cut away on the front right side and lower right corner, with damage to the ends of lines 1 and 3. Some chipping/damage to the upper fron and left front edges. Edges are smooth and the rear is uneven.

The term 'ergolabus', a transliteration of the Greek ἐργόλαβος is possibly unique in Latin (instead of redemptor); the Greek term is occasionally attested.
