- compact fossil-rich limestone with cm-sized nodules of compact whitish limestone with chonchoidal fracture, visible fossils and fine veins, likely Western Sicilian white limestone (megabreccia LEG, CRI, SCA, LTM) (grainstone with algae, gasteropoda, and recrystallized calcite; wackestone with foraminifera, sponge spiculae, radiolarians) (identification based on pXRF, digital microscopy, XRD, optical microscopy)
