commentary
Given the presence of at least two epitaphs, it is likely that this plaque belonged to a family tomb. Herylos is a unique name, not attested elsewhere. Brugnone (1974) suggests that it could be a form of the documented Heryllos, or is a derivative of the Latin Herylus. Herais is an extremely common name in the empire, attested in Sicily only in the masculine on a lead sheet at Kamarina, ISic030053.
