commentary

This fragment was previously treated (by Mommsen) as part of the same inscription as CIL 10.7480, and published together with the other fragment by Bivona and Fasolo, but as Bivona observed, is part of a separate inscription (the lettering is completely different). The word 'eius' implies it may well be another imperial honorific of the third/fourth century CE (given also the material and letter-size)
