commentary

The text offers a Greek transliteration of the Latin names Decimus Laelius, and either a translation of Magnus, or simply transcription of the Greek 'Mega'. Manganaro suggested this might be a libertus of Decimus Laelius, the friend of Pompeius Magnus, ftribune of 54 BC.
