Rectangular off-white marble plaque broken down the middle and reconnected. Seemingly intact, but chipped along the left and top edges. The rear is smooth.

Five lines of Greek text, centred on the stone, with a consistent left margin, and final line (numerals) centred between ivy leaves.

Lettering

Letters are deeply v-cut, somewhat elongated, and showing some tendency towards curvature in e.g. the M. Minial use of serifs. Lunate omega, but rectilinear epsilon and sigma. Alpha with broken bar; mu with four full-length, slanting strokes; kappa with short ams; omicron ovoid but full height; epsilon tall and thin, all bars of equal length; zeta an equal length Z. Use of interpunct to mark off the names, and hedera around the numeral.
