commentary
Two fragments, excavated 8 years apart; the first fragment lost shortly after discovery, and a single photo survives; second fragment preserved. Text is a close parallel to CIL 10.7200 from Thermae Selinuntiae, but records activities in building / restoring the cursus publicus by Memmius Vitrasius Orfitus alone, without Flavius Dulcitius who is also named in the other inscription. Silvestrini offers a full reconstruction of the text (upper part missing) on the basis of CIL 10.7200 = ISic000481
