commentary
It is unclear what the final word might signify, whether it is meant to indicate something like 'welcoming' (so Orsi), or instead to indicate that further burials are permitted in the loculus (so Rizzone). Ferrua proposed reading εἰς βᾶκε, i.e. 'in pace', 'in peace'.
