The block is intact on the left (although the corner is damaged, but broken above, and the front face is broken above and below; the block is also intact on the right, although the front right corner is lost. Traces of a line of text above the preserved one are visible.

The block was found on top of the dividing wall between tombs 131 and 132, to be understood as epitymbion for the two tombs. A second small fragmentary block, from the same context, with a blue painted (but not engraved) letter may form part of the same or an associated incription (Fragment b)
