- A thick fragment of an off-white marble plaque, which is intact top and left, including lower left corner (with rough edges), but broken across the right side. The reverse is unfinished and rough.

Letters are plainly cut with minimal serifs on stroke terminations. Alph with straight bar and rounded apex; lunate epsilon and sigma; zeta in form of Z; kappa with full-length arms; rho with fairly large rounded and closed eye.
