- A heavily damaged marble slab, of which 30 fragments survive, floated into a reconstruction on a panel. Most of the right side, much of the upper edge and parts of the left edge are preserved, but the lower edge is entirely lost and there are substantial lacunae throughout the text.

The abbreviation Res P(ublica) in line 5 is adopted as the form used on other examples from Halaesa (ISic003587 and ISic003590)
Scibona offers a clear rationale for assuming that this refers to Valerius Licinius Licinianus the younger, son of the Augustus of 308-324, and himself Caesar between 317 and his death, aged 11, in 326 CE.
ISic000026 from Palermo is a dedication to Valerius Licinianus the elder, before 314 CE.
