- Text on 5 straight lines. Along the left border of the plaque, from top to bottom, a star made of three intersecting segments and a pitcher from which comes a staurogram flanked by A and Ω. At the end of the text, on the lower right corner of the plaque, a Greek cross flanked by two doves facing each other.
