Fragment of base and wall of a cup of local manufacture, which shows on the inside of the base a grid painted in brown as a decoration and traces of horizontal line of the same colour on the outer wall, near the break.

Found during the excavations (on the 8th of August 1967) by the Soprintendenza alle Antichità della Sicilia Occidentale in the area of Grotta Vanella, on the north-east slope of Monte Barbaro, 1.9km east of temple of Segesta.
