- Fragment of a thick limestone plaque. May be partially intact along the top edge, but otherwise broken on all sides. Rear is roughly finished and uneven. Modern red paint and traces of mortar around the sides. Some application of modern pencil to the letters.

Neat, thinly incised (not a true v-cut) letters with simple terminal serifs. A triangular serif in line 2, and a comma shaped 'interpunct' at the end of line 2.
