Both funerary inscriptions are Christian, as suggested also by the attention devoted to recording the exact day of death. Both Ἀντώνιος and Σατορνῖλος are names attested in Sicily. For an Ἀντώνιος Σατορνῖλος, see IG XIV 245 (= ISic001063, from Cava d’Ispica).
